my sister had a keratin treatment. her hair was burned to point that it just breaks when it's touched. The stylist admitted she was not certified to do this. When she called the salon to ask what to do with her hair no one would speak to her. When she finally got the owner, he laughed at her and hung up the phone. He didn't even apologize. Don't go there. you might come out bald.
